Another great, not-too-sweet, fruit drink is my Pineapple Upside Down Cake Martini. Make one for yourself or batch it up for a gathering. Fancy it up with a pineapple wedge garnish or a maraschino cherry on a spear.
Pineapple Upside Down Cake Martini
- 3 parts pineapple juice
- 2 parts salted caramel whisky (I got mine from Ole Smoky in Gatlinburg, TN)
- splash of grenadine
- Shake with ice and strain into a glass.
If you want to be REALLY fancy, brulee a pineapple wedge with some brown sugar for a next level garnish.
